Garden of Green – Girl Scout Cookies: Sugary, Earthy Goodness

Girl Scout Cookies needs little introduction. Its famous terps and energising effects are known to many cannabis aficionados. The genetic foundation of this strain comes from Durban Poison and South Florida OG Kush. This marriage resulted in heaps of THC. Garden of Green’s GSC develops 25–29% of the beloved cannabinoid, making for pronounced and long-lasting effects. When it comes to growing this plant, cultivators of all experience levels will be able to enjoy a smooth process, as long as they allow their specimens plenty of space.

29% is the ceiling on this page. Girl Scout Cookies (White Label) is the other end at 19%, and Original G.S.C. (Cookies) is the original that publishes no percentage at all.

GSC plants are great if you’re looking to remain under the radar. They tend to grow rather small and can blend in very well with companion plants in the garden. They develop thick branches and vibrant, green foliage and exhibit good resistance to pests and fungi. Girl Scout Cookies requires sufficient space so it can spread out and produce its dense, resinous flowers. After about 65 days of bloom indoors, growers can expect to harvest 450–550g/m², while outdoors, each plant is capable of pumping out up to 700g in mid-October.

Sugary, earthy aromas make up the base of GSC’s fragrance, but it’s also laced with chocolate, mint, and spices—true to its name. Each toke allows users to discover more nuances. Enjoy this variety when you’re looking for an energising kick to inspire creativity and productivity, or when you want to feel sociable and ready to party with your buddies. However, given GSC’s extremely high THC content, it’s advised to take things one toke at a time!
