If you are in US and your card payment fails this is because we take card payments in € and some US banks do not allow this. You can pay us in $ without issues by selecting ACH, VENMO, CASHAPP or CRYPTO during checkout.

Yes, the majority of orders are sent in plain brown, padded envelopes with nothing except stamps and an address label. Larger orders are sent in unmarked boxes. There is never any indication where they have come from. All seeds are sent in original breeder packaging inside the envelope.
If you opted for Registered Post you can login to your account, and view your tracking number under Shipments. All packages can be tracked via Correos or UPS. European customers can check with their local postal service for more specifc information.
USA orders take 24-48hrs by USPS tracked delivery. EU & UK orders take 2-5 business days. If your order is has not arrived within a reasonable time then please contact us.
Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address of the card. This is one of the requirements of our credit card processor.
Registered post is insured, can be tracked, and must be signed for. This is a safer method.
